Who we are

Baby G Promotions (“we”, “us”) is a premium talent staffing business. We act as a responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

From clients: name, company, contact details and the details of your enquiry. From talent applicants: first and last name, email, WhatsApp number, age, height, clothing size, location, ethnicity, work interests and four photographs. Ethnicity is required for new talent applications and is self-reported. The application consent at submission covers storing and reviewing these details, including ethnicity, and sharing the profile information listed below.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide quotes; to vet, book and pay talent; and to present talent profiles to prospective clients — only where the talent has given consent for their images and details to be shared.

Talent imagery & consent

With your application consent, we create a Baby G profile card containing your first name, profile reference, photographs, age, height, clothing size, city and ethnicity for prospective clients. Your last name, email and WhatsApp number are excluded from the card. Existing profiles retain their recorded sharing permissions, and ethnicity is not used in automated job matching. You can request corrections or withdraw consent by emailing events@babyg.vip. We can stop future sharing, but cannot recall copies already downloaded by recipients.

Event opportunities

When you register interest in an event, we save your first and last name, email, WhatsApp number, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the event and pay details you responded to. The Baby G team uses this to review your interest and contact you. Your response and talent profile are private; they do not appear on the public opportunities page. Registering interest does not confirm a booking.

Storage & security

Personal information is stored securely with access limited to those who need it. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing events@babyg.vip. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
