That depends on the timings and distance between positions. Send the registration schedule, sponsor locations and any duties that overlap. We can then discuss where hosts could move between roles and where separate cover is needed.
How many hosts should I book for a golf day?
Start with the positions that need cover at the same time, such as registration, sponsor areas and hospitality spaces. If you’re unsure of the headcount, send your schedule and those locations so Baby G can help you plan the team.
What dress requirements should I include in my quote request?
Include the course dress code, sponsor colours and any branded clothing you want the team to wear. Tell us whether you will supply that clothing and share any collection or changing arrangements, so these can be agreed before booking.
